The Executive Function Coaching Online Program at Eaton Arrowsmith School Online is a personalized, one-to-one coaching program designed to help individuals develop the skills needed to turn goals into action. Strong executive function skills—such as planning, organization, time management, and self-monitoring—are essential for success in school, work, and daily life, yet many individuals struggle to apply these skills consistently. This program focuses on bridging the gap between knowing what to do and being able to do it effectively. Working closely with a dedicated coach, students participate in regular online sessions that provide structure, accountability, and practical strategies to improve goal setting, task initiation, follow-through, and independent functioning. Coaching is tailored to each individual’s needs and can be taken on its own or combined with cognitive training to further strengthen thinking skills and real-world application.
