Menopause Intelligence (MQ) is an evidence-informed, trauma-aware course designed for individuals and for coaches, clinicians, and healthcare providers who support midlife women. The program equips learners with the knowledge, language, and confidence to advocate for health and navigate difficult conversations with medical professionals. Blending practical, holistic lifestyle approaches with nervous system and energetic body awareness, the course guides participants from understanding symptoms to embodied self-trust as a powerful tool for symptom management and self-advocacy. Along the way, it supports clear agency over health and longevity, particularly protecting the three critical pillars of aging well: heart, brain, and bone while reframing menopause as a meaningful passage of growth and empowerment.

This course gives clinicians a science-based understanding of photobiomodulation and tPBM, from cellular mechanisms to clinical research in TBI, mood disorders, and neurodegeneration. Participants will also learn dosing, safety, and how to integrate tPBM into practice.
